B. Arch. (Hons), M. Arch. – University of New South Wales, Australia
As a young and driven architect, Jimmy already has architectural experience in a variety of both small and large-scale projects, including laboratory, educational institution, commercial space, and private residence design.
His broad experience has given him the skill set to approach any type and size of project with confidence and new ideas on how to take our clients’ concepts to the next level. Before founding JWCC Architecture together with business partner, Christine Choi, Jimmy worked for the Australian, award-winning practice – BVN Architecture. His notable achievement is the Kinghorn Cancer Centre in Sydney and Ravenswood School in Gordon, which both has won numerous prestigious award in Australia.
A project Jimmy is particularly proud of, is JWCC’s One Guia Hill in Macau, which is a private, luxury residential development. As a low density development, this is a rare project in the area. As lead design architect and contract administrator, Jimmy was involved in all aspects of this unique project, from conceptualisation to the completion of both the architectural and interior design features of the development. Working on One Guia Hill has also allowed Jimmy to gain valuable experience of working closely with the local construction industry.
Currently, Jimmy is working as Project Architect on a number of Macau-based residential and hospitality projects. Other than architecture and design team leadership, Jimmy’s strengths lie in strategic project planning, design conceptualisation for both new and existing buildings, and team resourcing to ensure high quality and timely outcomes for our clients.
